How long will cleanup take?
Three rounds of outreach will be sent over the course of six weeks—plenty of opportunity to get the attention of (and response from) webmasters with the power to update your listings.
Over those six weeks, many citations will update within a week or less; others will take some follow-up.

Do you need access to my email for outreach?
If you or your client can give us an email address with webmail access that is associated with the business we’re cleaning up, AWESOME. The campaigns where we have the use of this see much higher success rates.
Otherwise, we’ll create a dedicated outreach address like yourclientbusinessname@outlook.com and use it—sharing the logins with you, of course.
How do you handle verifications?
If a citation requires phone or physical mail verifications, we’ll notify you and send instructions/advice for moving ahead.
Do you clean up at the aggregator level?
As much as we would like to be able to update aggregator citations, it’s the aggregators that refuse to work with anyone who is not in a direct partnership with them.
We’ve reached out repeatedly over the years, but they don’t even open our emails (and trust us, we’ve sent A LOT of emails). If there’s an aggregator that’s causing problems with your citations, our Support team can provide recommendations on how to get those updated.
